You have no obligation to complete the online forms. In this case, the presence of a legal mention indicating that a field is mandatory indicates that the completion of this field is necessary for the purpose of the form (example: creation of a customer account).
In accordance with the current recommendations, the data are kept for 3 years from their collection or last contact with the person concerned.
In accordance with the disposition stipulated in the GDPR, any user has a right of access, portability, rectification, opposition and deletion of his own personal data, by making his request with a copy of the title of identity with signature of the holder of the part, specifying the answer’s address, by e-mail to contact_dpo@soladis.fr or by letter to the following address SOLADIS – 8 rue Bellecombe, 69006 Lyon, France.
